Relationships, Intimacy and Sex through the lens of Christ.

Our desire at The Walk is to create a space where Christians who desire to draw nearer to Jesus and navigate sex and relationships in a way that is pleasing to Him and counter popular culture, can go deeper in word of God, have transformative conversations, meaningful interactions and find encouragement in community. The Word of God is the foundation upon and is the basis for which The Walk platform operates and therefore our conversations and content about relationships, intimacy and sex are based on the biblical belief that marriage is exclusively the legal union of one man and one woman, and legitimate biblical sexual relations are exercised solely within that marriage context. We recognise the human challenges we face that can take us out of alignment with God’s specific design for relationships, intimacy and sex and our desire is to address these challenges in line with scripture, with love, honesty and respect. We're just getting started at The Walk and have so much planned for our growing community.

Our upcoming series will be available to listen to on our podcast platforms but will be our first series that is available to watch on Youtube as we officially launch our visual content! We have a heart for collaboration and sharing stories and perspectives that will encourage and challenge us to go deeper in our walk with Christ, with a particular focus on sex and relationships, so we'll be doing a lot of collaborating and having conversations with Christians from all walks of life, navigating key areas of our contemporary culture. We're also interested in hearing from Christians who would like to join the conversation or collaborate with us and are especially looking for creatives for our upcoming series, so if that's you please reach out.

A lot of single Christian men and women are struggling to have meaningful interactions with the opposite sex. While there are many possible reasons for this, one reason could be that some of us, overwhelmed by the internal and external pressure to be married, have stopped trying or forgotten how to interact with the opposite sex outside of spouse hunting.
But the bible tells us to encourage one another, build eachother up and exist in community and that can start by just having conversations, laughing together and sharing experiences, simple interactions that help to lay the foundation for healthy, God-honouring relationships and marriages but also long lasting friendships. So enter The Mixer! We're launching our online community platform soon, as well as a new line up of curated, sensory specific events.
